This weekend, we were thrilled to be part of the 5k social run followed by a reformer Pilates class at PureGym Æbeløgade in Østerbro—a special event marking a new chapter for PureGym, as this location became the first to introduce reformer Pilates.
The event started strong with a 5K social run through the streets of Østerbro. Organized by PureGym, the run brought together a diverse group of fitness enthusiasts, from seasoned runners to those just starting their fitness journeys. It was a perfect blend of community spirit and shared passion for staying active, and we loved seeing so many familiar faces wearing their RYBELFIT gear.
After the run, participants returned to PureGym Æbeløgade for an exciting reformer Pilates session. This was a special moment for PureGym as it marked their first center equipped with reformer machines, bringing a new level of Pilates training to the Østerbro community. The class, led by experienced trainers, focused on building strength, flexibility, and core stability, providing a unique challenge for all participants.
We were joined by our friends at Supplme, who provided a boost of wellness for everyone attending. Their electrolytes and vitamin shots were a hit, helping runners and Pilates participants recover and rehydrate after their workout. It was a great way to complement the day’s activities and reinforce the importance of taking care of both body and mind.
As partners of the event, we at RYBELFIT made sure participants were well taken care of. We provided a healthy breakfast spread after the reformer class, giving everyone a chance to refuel and connect with fellow fitness enthusiasts. To make the day even more exciting, we held a giveaway for two lucky winners who walked away with exclusive RYBELFIT gear. It was our way of giving back to the amazing community that continues to support us.
